One woman, two ways of caring

Jamaica is my pharmacy

Long before it was Jamaica, the Taíno called this island Xaymaca: land of wood and water.

That is our Farm-a-Sea. The farm is the wood and the land that root us and feed us. The sea is the water that holds us.

Held and healed by water, in the body, in the spirit, in its essence, in its feminine nature: soft, strong, always moving.

The medicine here is paradise, found within yourself, in the women beside you, and all around you.

Tanika, Dr. Love Flows

Beyond the pill,
into the will.

By day I dispense medicine from the shelf. Here, I offer a different kind. So much of what wears us down shares the same roots: stress we carry alone, time away from our bodies, lives with too little room for joy.

Whatever is happening in your life right now, you’ll have intimate support and space to reflect, held lightly and with plenty of laughter. You don’t need to arrive with it figured out. This is for you.

Let your life be your medicine.

My story

Doctor of Pharmacy. Hospitality and business management graduate. First-generation Jamaican American. Co-owner of M.O.S.A.I.C. Luxury Villa and founder of M.O.S.A.I.C.

I grew up going back and forth between the United States and Jamaica. I spent my summers here, and I went to high school here, at Rusea’s High School in Lucea, Hanover. That is where I met my best friend, more than 30 years ago.

Anxiety, claustrophobia, and thyroid disease have all been part of my story. My healing came in layers, and one of the deepest was coming home to my roots. I took what I know as a pharmacist, especially the habit of looking for the root cause, and I turned it toward my own life. Slowly, Jamaica let me step into my purpose.

That purpose led somewhere I never pictured myself: entrepreneurship. Building a business with my best friend became part of my healing, and today we co-own the villa where Held by Water gathers. It is where my hospitality and business training finally met my knowledge of medicine.

I know what a full life asks of a woman. What returning to myself gave me, I want for you. That is why these gatherings stay small, and why the support doesn’t have to end when you fly home.

A circle, not a crowd

Held by Water welcomes 8 to 10 women. Small enough that every woman is seen, heard, and known by name. Small enough for the conversation to go all the way down.

Deep connection is one of my core values. It is part of how I healed, and it is how I hold space for every woman who comes.

I’m not interested in filling a ballroom. I want real, honest, intimate connection, the kind that lets a woman step into her femininity, expand her consciousness, and remember what it feels like to be held.

What M.O.S.A.I.C. means

M.O.S.A.I.C. began as my poetry name more than ten years ago. It grew into the name of our business, and it holds what I believe we are here to build together.

  1. Movement
  2. Of
  3. Social
  4. And
  5. Individual
  6. Consciousness
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”African proverb, and one of my favorite sayings

We are never alone in this world, and there is so much work to do. It takes the conscious ones stepping in and letting their love flow: honoring the desire placed inside them and walking the path and purpose they came here for.

You don’t have to leave your life to begin. I still work as a pharmacist while I build this, and there is nothing wrong with that.

If you aren’t sure yet what your path is, that is exactly what this sacred pause is for: to look back, reflect, and see.

Tanika, Dr. Love Flows

You want more than company. You want connection.

You can love your family, care about your work, and be grateful for what you have, and still want time that belongs to you. Conversations that go somewhere. People who are curious about who you are beneath everything you do.

  • Perhaps your days are full, but there is little room to ask yourself what you actually want.
  • Perhaps you want to be with women who can listen as deeply as they speak.
  • Perhaps you miss the part of you that laughs easily, follows her curiosity, and feels at home in her body.
  • Perhaps you are craving the simple feeling of being outside, in the water, fully there.

Held by Water makes space for that longing. For a conversation that opens something inside you. A meal that turns into an afternoon of laughter. A river adventure. A quiet moment that belongs entirely to you.

Paradise around you. Possibility within you.

Jamaica offers a beautiful setting, but paradise is also something we explore within: our capacity for presence, pleasure, connection, and peace. You bring your own wisdom and capacity for healing. The invitation is to listen, discover what nourishes you, and practice living in relationship with it.

Paradise within yourself

Hear your own preferences again. Notice a yes, a no, a need for rest, a desire for adventure. Practice responding with respect for yourself.

Paradise in each other

Gather with women drawn to honesty, curiosity, and mutual care. Alignment does not mean being alike. It means making room for one another with respect.

Paradise all around you

Feel river water against your skin. Follow a trail through green. Look up from the conversation and out to sea. Give your attention somewhere beautiful to land.

Notice what matters. Practice living it.

Your Life Medicine Diagnostic is a guided reflection, not a clinical test. With Dr. Love Flows, you’ll explore a present pattern and choose a small, meaningful way to respond.

  1. Notice a pattern

Separate what is happening from the story you tell yourself about it, without making yourself the problem.

  2. Choose your practice

Write your personal prescription: one realistic choice to practice in everyday life.

  3. Try it in real company

Practice listening, receiving care, expressing a preference, and respecting a boundary with the women around you.

  4. Reflect after you return

Reconnect on the follow-up call to reflect on what you are bringing home.

Room for the deep conversation. And the belly laugh.

Beyond the resort, closer to yourself. River water, open sea, culture, and community, shared with women who came to be fully here.

Transformation doesn’t happen in one trip

I’ve seen it over and over: real change keeps unfolding after you land back home. If you want continued support, we keep going together. It’s there if you need it, never required.

What is the Life Medicine Diagnostic?

A guided self-reflection created by Dr. Love Flows to help you notice present patterns, body signals, areas of disconnection, and what may need your attention. It supports personal insight and intentional action. It is not a medical or mental-health diagnosis.

Do I need experience with retreats?

No. You don’t need special language, spiritual experience, or a polished healing story. Only the willingness to be present, participate honestly, and respect the experience of the other women.

What happens after the retreat?

You’ll have a follow-up call with Tanika to reflect on what you’re carrying home. If you want to keep going, the M.O.S.A.I.C. Method and the M.O.S.A.I.C. Collective offer continued support.

How is this different from a vacation?

A vacation gives you distance from your responsibilities. Held by Water combines rest and exploration with an alignment call, the Life Medicine Diagnostic, guided reflection, intentional community, and a follow-up call, so the experience has somewhere to land.

What result should I expect?

No honest retreat can guarantee transformation. You can expect structured space to notice yourself more clearly, choose a grounded personal prescription, practice connection, and reflect on what you want to carry home.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Deposit terms are shown at Stripe checkout, and Tanika confirms your balance with you directly. Please review everything before paying, and bring any questions to your call.

Come for the connection. Bring all of you.

Rest in paradise. Laugh together. Explore the island and your inner world, with curiosity about the beauty around you and the possibility already within you.
